National Participation Supports

You can access the lists of supported fairs for national and individual participation to be held abroad, information about foreign fair support legislation, and foreign fair organizers from the Ministry of Trade website.

The processes of application, evaluation, and conclusion regarding the implementation of supports within the scope of the "Decision on Support for Participation in Fairs Held Abroad" are managed through the Support Management System (DYS) of the Ministry of Trade.

In case the visa application for the relevant program dates is rejected, the participant withdraws from the participation, a situation contrary to the issues specified in the application form occurs, the necessary application processes for ministry supports are not completed, and the participant cannot benefit from the support, KFA Fairs and BTSO do not accept responsibility. The participant accepts, declares, and undertakes the penalties that will be applied by KFA Fairs and BTSO regarding the subject.
