The Rising City & Construction and Living Expo, which highlights the construction sector’s role in driving the city's momentum, its developed industry, geographical location, and urban planning, evaluates the investment trajectory of Rising City Bursa. Organized annually by KFA Fuarcılık under the leadership of the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Rising City & Construction and Living Expo, along with the Bursa Construction, Construction Materials, and Technologies Fair, as well as the Rising City & Real Estate Expo, aims to help local producers in the construction and real estate sectors find new markets, create business opportunities, and form partnerships.

Held at the Bursa International Fairground, the expo spans over 10,000 square meters, displaying services in the construction and real estate fields. It offers both visitors and participants a business-focused experience, emphasizing technology and trends.
