Personal Data Protection Law
The personal data including your Name-Surname, Company Name, TR Identification Number, Your Position in the Company, Tax Office and Tax Number, Visa Status, Accommodation Status, Interpreter Requirement, and Contact Information that you have provided to KFA Fuarcılık A.Ş. by personally applying, registering online, or transmitting via email is processed solely for the following purposes:
- Confirmation of your participation in the fair, business trip, or meeting
- Determination of the number of participants for statistical purposes
- Provision of information about the fair, business trip, and meeting
- Execution of the procurement processes of our institution
- Ensuring your security
These personal data are processed in accordance with Article 5 of the Law, which states "It is clearly stipulated in the laws" and "Processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject", and are not shared with third parties except for Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its subsidiaries, relevant travel agencies, accommodation companies, and employees, and legally required authorities.
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, regulating the rights of the data subject, to the address of our institution: Organized Industrial Zone, Mavi Cad. No:2 Nilüfer/BURSA, in writing, in accordance with the "Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller".
Furthermore, when necessary, photographs, videos, and voice recordings may be taken by personnel appointed by our company, BTSO, or its subsidiaries, to be used in the printed/visual media outlets and social media accounts of our company or BTSO and its subsidiaries, during or between fairs, business trips, meetings, or related events.
