Business Trip Supports

  • In order to benefit from the KOSGEB Overseas Business Trip Support, sectoral compliance and NACE code compatibility must be ensured.
  • The duration of the KOSGEB Overseas Business Trip Support under the Business Development Support Program is 2 (two) years for each enterprise, and the upper limit of the support is 90,000 (ninety thousand) TL.
  • Representatives of companies participating in the overseas business trip must be the owner, partner, or employee of the company.

In order to benefit from the KOSGEB Support, there are 4 stages that participants must complete before the organization:
1st Stage: Registration with KOSGEB
2nd Stage: Completion of the KOSGEB SME Information Declaration
3rd Stage: Application for the KOSGEB Business Development Support Program
4th Stage: Application for payment of the KOSGEB Business Development Support Program Overseas Business Trip Support
Upon returning from the Overseas Business Trip, the process is completed after applying to KOSGEB with the necessary documents to benefit from the relevant support.

  • Throughout the program, full compliance with the detailed program to be communicated by KFA Fairs is required. (In case the fair organization is held, the detailed program will be sent to you before the fair organization)
  • All participants are required to pay the exit fee for foreign travel themselves. (In case the fair organization is held)
  • All participants must keep the originals of travel-related documents such as boarding passes, fair entrance tickets, etc. (In case the fair organization is held)
  • In applications exceeding 20 people, the necessary pre-application for the fair organization will be made to KOSGEB by BTSO through the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey.

In case the visa application for the Overseas Business Trip Program Participants is rejected for the relevant program dates, the participant withdraws from the trip, a situation contrary to the issues stated in the application form occurs, the participant fails to complete the necessary application processes for KOSGEB supports and cannot benefit from the support, KFA Fairs and BTSO do not accept responsibility. The participant accepts, declares, and undertakes the sanctions to be applied by KFA Fairs and BTSO regarding the matter.
