Application Process for Business Trips

Once a sufficient pre-application is made for the relevant fair, KFA Fairs officials will contact you. After a sufficient pre-application is provided, you will be sent an application and commitment form. Once you have filled out the forms completely, the application process will be completed when you deliver them to the KFA Fairs office located within the BTSO Service Building.

During the business trip, activities such as accommodation, transportation, fair ticketing, bilateral business meetings, facilitation of visa procedures, and institutional visits are organized.
